Privacy Policy — Concrete Mix Pro

Last updated: 24-09-2026

This privacy policy applies to the Concrete Mix Pro mobile application (the "App") and describes how information is handled when you use the App.

ConcreteMix Pro is a professional concrete mix design tool for civil and structural engineers. It is built with a local-first approach: your project data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or sell:

  • Your project names, client names, locations, or descriptions
  • Your mix design parameters, calculations, or results
  • Your trial batch data, strength readings, or cube/cylinder test results
  • Your material rates, cost estimates, or currency preferences
  • Your company profile or designer name
  • Your PDF reports or any files you generate
  • Any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number

All of the above is stored only on your device. We operate no backend servers and receive no data from the App.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, which may collect data under their own privacy policies.

Google AdMob (Advertising)

The free version of ConcreteMix Pro displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

  • Advertising ID — a resettable identifier provided by Android for advertising purposes
  • App activity — how you interact with ads (impressions, clicks)
  • Device information — device model, operating system version, and approximate location (inferred from IP address)

This data is used by Google to serve and measure ads. It is not shared with us. You can manage ad personalization at any time from Settings → Ads & Privacy inside the App, or by resetting your Advertising ID in your device settings.

Google Play Billing (In-App Purchase)

The App uses Google Play Billing to process the one-time "Premium" purchase. Google processes your payment; we do not receive your payment details or card information. Google Play Billing may collect transaction data under Google's privacy policy.

Google Play terms: https://play.google.com/intl/en_us/about/play-terms/

3. How We Use Information

Because the App does not transmit your project data to us, we do not use it for any purpose. The only data that leaves your device is that collected by the third-party services listed above, for their own purposes (advertising and payment processing).

4. Storage and Retention

  • Project data (mixes, trials, projects, rates, settings) is stored in a local database on your device and remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App.
  • PDF reports are saved to Documents/ConcreteMixPro/Reports/ on your device. You can delete them at any time from the App's Reports screen or via your device's file manager.
  • Advertising and purchase data is handled by Google under their retention policies.

5. Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions:

  • Storage (Android 9 and below) — to save generated PDF reports to a user-accessible location.
  • Billing — required by Google Play Billing to process the Premium in-app purchase.
  • Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob on Android 13 and above to serve ads.

The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, calendar, or health data.

6. Children's Privacy

ConcreteMix Pro is a professional engineering tool intended for users 18 years of age and older. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Your Rights

Because your project data is stored locally and never transmitted to us, you have full control:

  • Access and correction: Open the App to view and edit any of your data.
  • Deletion: Delete individual mixes, trials, projects, or reports from within the App. Uninstalling the App removes the local database entirely.
  • Ad preferences: Manage ad consent from Settings → Ads & Privacy.
  • Advertising ID: Reset or delete it from your device's Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
